Quest for glory iv

They should look good in the museum, she hoped.Ī high elf named Nirya was very insecure about her looks and talents, or so Taylor deduced from her very obvious body language and basically everything she said. She also found a golden quill and a model of a flying horse. Upstairs in the library, she found some books about war written by the curator, who was an orc. Taylor found a note posted on the wall regarding missing apprentices. It seemed to be because they like hitting things and because magic users such as the elves had caused them trouble. The Nord Onmund tried explaining why the Nords are down on magic. Mirabelle’s daughter, Mary-Jane Ervine, was also there though she seemed reluctant to participate. The other students were a very self-assured khajiit, a Nord who was glad to be away from his family, and a young dark elf named Brelyna. The teacher was very safety-obsessed, and required some prodding to actually demonstrate anything. Taylor had a weird feeling that in a manner of speaking she’d joined the Wards again. From him she learned and demonstrated a Ward spell. There she met one of the teachers, an older fellow named Tolfdir. She followed Mirabelle Ervine around (and figured out how to say her name right) and ended up back in the main chamber where a lesson was ongoing. She also examined some tools and artifacts and equipment, picking up a bit about alchemy and enchanting in the process. Looking around a little, Taylor found another copy of the Lung Forge book on the floor. The duo of skeletons her followers had conjured made it worse, and their loud breathing noise (how?) prevented Taylor from hearing a conversation between a couple of the mages. There was a lot of congestion in the college’s spiral staircases. Maybe we can get our hands on some elemental rune spells so we can trap our camp and get a headstart on any hostiles getting funny ideas about the sleeping group they stumbled upon. Lord knows Taylor could use some extra Patience and Respect, as well as some good ol' Oakskin/Stoneskin/Ironskin/Ebonyskin A little more situational awareness can't do any harm either, considering it might lead her to actually use utility features she has access to, such as - I don't know - a portal to a warm place when she's about to pass out from the cold. Yes, as much as possible to try to get it to level up like Holy Bolt did. The Summon Wolf Pack spell was found in a tome similar to the Holy Bolt spell tome: a very ancient looking tome. Depending on results, sell the ones with spells Taylor can cast herself or are basically useless (e.g. What should Taylor do with the magic staves she’s found? Get to know everyone and try to help them out During her stay at the college, Taylor should…
